Castle Estates was founded in 2000 by M. Ibrahim Memon in DHA, Karachi, with a simple idea: real estate should be handled the way you'd want a close family friend to handle it — with honesty, discretion, and full attention.
Over the years, that idea has stayed the same even as the market around it has changed. We didn't grow by chasing volume or building a large sales floor. We grew by becoming the brokerage that the same families and referrals come back to, deal after deal, decade after decade.
Today, Castle Estates remains a boutique practice by design — deliberately small, deeply local, and personally led by its founder. Every client relationship still runs through the same person who started it in 2000.
